Selena M Barach Home Care Services LLC (“we,” “us”) is a non-medical home care agency in Lowell, Massachusetts. This is a plain-English summary of what we do with information you give us on this website.

What we collect

Only what you enter into our contact and consultation forms. your name, phone number, optional email, and what you tell us about the person needing care. We do not run tracking pixels for advertising, and we do not sell information to anybody.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back and to arrange care. That is it. Once we have finished working with your family, we keep records as long as Massachusetts law and our insurers require, and no longer.

Who sees it

Selena, and the caregivers assigned to your family. Nobody else. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
